I recently received this item , but I do not know if it works because the instructions are all in Chinese. I made the big mistake by putting it on my wine bottle and now I can not take it off?

Exactly as advertised

Love it perfect and good price point.I now give these as gifts to my friends who only want to drink one or two glasses of wine a day. This device is perfect for resealing the bottle!! One friend even used it on a beer bottle when he was interrupted and had to put the unfinished beer aside until the next day. It worked great.
