This is an outstanding electric blanketIt’s lightweight. I know some people might not like the fact that the controls or combined their not separate. I was a little bummed about it at first too, but I love the fact that it heats up quickly. I haven’t had one issue with it. It washes great I’ll put it in the dryer for about 20 minutes it’s dry. I love it and I even put it on the bed without the controls. I don’t have any complaints if I had to buy it all over again I would. I know other people had some issues with it, but I have not. take a chance it’s soft. It’s easy to use. It doesn’t smell after you wash it. It stays nice and soft. I chose the beige color it’s the exact color, and it fits my queen size bed You won’t be disappointed. It’s a great blanket.Thank youMic

The color I thought it was going to be was a pale pink, but it's a off-white cream color.This blanket it a throw, meaning it will be small than a typical blanket.. Even though this thing is small, it packs heat. I ran it on second setting and it was so hot to the touch I ran it on the first one. There are four heat settings. I can't Imagine what the highest setting feels like. It would probably catch on fire lol. The 4hr shut off is kind of annoying. It should be at least 6 if not 8. Other than that, it is a blanket that will keep you warm; while you sit in a chair staring out the window people watching.. I mean "bird watching"

I've used many electric blankets over the years, and this one is very affordable and gives off A LOT of heat! More heat than every other blanket I've had, actually. So I highly recommend it!At night, I'll usually max it at 12 to "preheat" my bed for about 20-30 minutes, and it's wonderfully toasty once I get in bed. Then it only needs to be set to about 6-8 to for mild warmth as I sleep. And I like that you can extend the timer past 8 hours. The biggest difference between other blankets I've used, is this is a much thinner, plush fabric than it is a thick blanket. So I suppose it can be easily used off the bed for sitting on a couch and wrapping yourself in it etc. And for that, I would assume you'd need much lower settings. And while you can feel the wires slightly, they're completely flexible and not obtrusive at all.The slight negative that others have noted is: the heat control is easy to use, but is NOT illuminated, so you can't see the setting or timer numbers in the dark. But here's my work around: if the lights are off, I'll just turn the middle power button off, then on again, which automatically resets to level 6 for warmth and 8 hours on the timer. And I think that would cover what most people would need for the rest of the night. Otherwise, it's just a few presses on the + button for warmer or a longer timer.PS: one tip to elevate the electric blanket warmth even more, is to have some kind of thicker, heavier blanket on top of it (ie, between your comforter and the electric blanket). The weight of both will assist in boosting the heat.

I purchased this because I wanted a brand name product, but need to send it back because it is simply unusable for me (and I assume most others). Here are the problems:- The wire connects to the center of the short side of the blanket- The wire between the blanket and the controller is only 6"-12" longWhat this means is that you have to choose between one of these three ways of using it; none of which I'm doing:- Place the connector at the top, and have a wire running over your chest- Lay the blanket longways over yourself, covering only half your body (or less)- Place the connector at the bottom (where it should be), but when you get cold you have to get out from under the warm covers, get out of bed, and go turn it on, then crawl back under it, and deal with whatever pet shenanigans occurred due to you getting up. Then get out of bed a second time when you want to turn it off. I usually change my heated blanket heat setting every 10-15 minutes while using it, so this is beyond impractical.I'm not really sure what the designer was thinking making the controller completely inaccessible like that. But the product quite simply cannot be used.As for the size, 60x50 is okayish. 60" makes it from over your feet up to your chest. It really should be another 6"-12" on the long side so it reaches your shoulders. 50" is a bit wide. Even on a king bed it reaches onto my fiancée's side, which is a problem. 66x42 or 70x42 would have been a better design.I'll admit that it does look really pretty. It's soft, fluffy, but still lightweight. It would have been a nice blanket to have laying around.

The moment I put this blanket on my bed I had a feeling that I was going to love it. It was so soft to the touch, it honestly feels like an extremely soft fleecy material. It doesn't get super cold where I live, however I have been able to use my gas heater a lot less! The color I got was Beige, I have a white comforter so I decided to go with a litter color and I'm happy that I did. It has two connected controllers that sit on each side of the bed. I put mine on each nightstand and they are so easy to use, I really like that it has a choice of 1 to 10 hour shut off timer! It gives me peace of mind when I go to sleep that it will shut off on it's own. The entire quality of this blanket from the price, color, thickness, safety, and convenience is phenomenal!

Overall I like the speed of getting warm but there is no heating in the middle of blanket.The blanket is nice and soft but not long enough to tuck in at the bottom so it immediately creeps up and has to be pulled down each time you make the bed, which is my main issue with the blanket; consequently no heat at your feet.

It’s thick enough, yet light enough. Feels like great quality, easy to use, doesn’t smell, and works great! Kinda weird that the cord connects to the bottom -middle- of the blanket, but not a big issue at all. This is the perfect heated blanket. I’m picky and this is perfect, you’ll sleep like a baby.
