However, needing a reliable phone mount for my Deliveroo activities left me no choice but to give it a try. And I'm really glad I did.This mount truly lives up to the hype. When paired with a Mous case, it becomes as solid as a rock. It clips on and off rapidly, yet remains extremely secure throughout. Nearly a year into use, it still performs perfectly, offering peace of mind and efficiency during every ride.Overall, the Mous Cycle Phone Mount has proven to be a very, very good purchase. Its durability, ease of use, and unwavering reliability make it an excellent choice for anyone in need of a trustworthy cycling companion.

Absolutely sturdy and bomb proof as I’ve crashed in my MTB a few rimes and this survived all of those

I use this with the little retro fit mount in a Spigen case with an iPhone 12 Pro.It works really well. Such a simple, faff free positive and loud click, which is weirdly important when you’re on a bike in busy London……especially when you insist on popping it off and taking selfies. Which I can do, whilst riding (not recommended).

Fantastic fit and holds phone securely without any wobble

Looks nice, very quick and easy to connect a phone.Seemingly even quicker for your phone to disconnect, my phone has fallen out of the mount 3 times in under a week of having it…Truly pointless, shocked they are even allowed to sell it.Initial thoughts were great, the reality is, better get used to picking your phone up off the floor

The bracket is well made and will work for many, however on my bike, I couldn’t get it to fit without removing either a light or bell, not ideal for cycling in the dark. As I couldn’t get the bracket to fit elsewhere, I’ve had to return it. Overall the quality is okay but perhaps a bit too overpriced.

Bought to replace the same holder that had broken when I had a minor fall from my bike. Strange really as the mount didn't make contact with anything and there wasn't so much as a mark on any other part of the bike. So I'm taking their ads which claim Mous products are indestructable with a large pinch of salt!Also disappointing that when I contacted them to replace just the broken component, they didn't reply. Even a 'sorry, no can do' would have been better than no response. Rude!So I reluctantly replaced as I've already invested in the phone case that goes with it - but If I was starting afresh I'd look elsewhere.

I know you might think this one star review is coming from an angry user but it's more like from a frustrated guy who stupidly fell to their marketing videos and put his £1000+ phone there. The phone holder doesn't do its job. My phone suddenly fell of from the holder during a slow ride, and the screen is smashed. It costed me £350 the replace the glass but the Mous support doesn't accept any responsibility for their terribly designed faulty product. First of all they strategically don't say anything about the phone holder and praise their case. The worst part is they blame you. Please don't trust these guys.
