Damaged letters
Ordered from these twice. First set or letters that came were fine, second set of letters have chips in on front and corners of letter so going to have to re order and spend more money due to being sent damaged goods!

Attenti al montaggio e consegne
Il prodotto è in linea ma bisogna completarlo con il montaggio del gancio per appenderlo. Una cosa assurda perche se si sbaglia di qualche mezzo millimetro la lettera viene appesa storta. Quindi bisogna smontare le microviti dal gancio e rimontare. Non c’è nessun segno sulla lettera per il montaggio. Altra cosa assurda ho acquistato 6 lettere 2 mi sono arrivate poi altre e adesso ne mancano 2 .... e quindi non riesco a utilizzarle. Devo aspettare altre 2 settimane per montarle e fare la parola completa.

Descripción de medida en cm erronea
Miden 15cm de alto, la descripción del producto de las medidas en cm esta mal, su explicación es que la medida en cm es la de la caja en la que te lo envían.

Son del tamaño idóneo para colocarla encima de una cómoda, o colgadas en la pared (trae sus propios ganchitos).Hemos preferido dejarla de color blanco aunque se pueden pintar, pues son de madera y pesan.
