I decided to purchase this after having trouble with manual flossing. The floss would snag between my teeth and I felt it wouldn't clean enough without causing pain as I have really sensitive gums. Also I wasn't happy with the waste I was making with usjing normal floss as I usually got the ones on plastic sticks.First impressions very easy to set up. Charger goes green when it's charged, lots of heads/tools to choose from, really happy it came in a case too will be perfect for travel. It's super light which is Surprising!It is a little messy at first but I put the pressure to 1 and then position the bathroom mirror so I can see what I'm doing, then I turn it on. Got the hand of it in minutes.Used every day for 4 days and already my mouth feels great. Can really tell the difference.

Have been using this for a week now and it's so much easier than the tepee brushes, inter-dental brushes and flossers that I used before. It took a couple of days to get used to and I keep it on the "soft" setting for now. It seems to do the job of cleaning between teeth well although it's difficult to tell with mine as I have hardly any gaps, and mouth feels fresher after use. I fill the tank with tepid water and that suffices for cleaning all the teeth a couple of times. It's also very quick so easy to fit in to teeth brushing routine.

I’ve been fed up with this, until my dentist told me I might had try a water flosser. Then I chose this Guisee brand. At first day using it, still bleeding, I know that was normal. A few days later, the gums are not bleeding, plus I feel my teeth are squeaky clean. And even my breath is fresh. Thanks for this water flosser.

I have had this since September. I bought it because Philips Air flosser had failed for third time. This one is not as powerful. The buttons are too close between mode and on/off - resulting in me thinking I'd turned it off but - still on and getting soaked, squirting in my face, washing the mirror above the sink, because it was still flowing. I should have sent it back - but I thought I'd keep trying to master it. wish I hadn't bothered

I have used a panasonic Irrigator for the last five years and when this broke my first thought was to buy another panasonic however the newer models hold less water than the one I had which I found perfect as it did not need a refill. I then saw this which had excellent reviews and also holds slightly more water than my old panasonic irrigator. So far I have been very pleased with it and I also hope that being black it will be less inclined to have green growth which my old one had as it was white and let the light in

I bought this and it lasted 10 months. The battery was good as I charged it a handful of times. It was great when it worked.There are 2 reasons I think it failed the first; there's a charging port near the head on the back and the only thing to stop the water going into it is a silicone mould. It fits but i don't feel it'd adequate for the job.Second reason; water could be getting in through the buttons.Both of these are down to design and manufacture... I never submerged it at any point due to the nature of the product it happened to get wet.

This is my second purchased with this brand! Very helpful product for oral hygiene, I like that multifunctional nozzles, different kind of water pressure and build in rechargeable lithium battery. Did a really good job as described!As a parent I do believe this is the early stage to encourage my children to using it. Very grateful to purchased this fantastic product! This does the job so well and a pleasure to use. I wish I had got a water glosser sooner rather than using floss. The flosser was very easy to charge and is very effective to use.
