I've had this product for about 2 months now, and it's going strong! Even after hitting it on hard surfaces and scratching it up against cotton products like blankets, the QR code is still intact and easy to scan. I would obviously not recommend washing it with a cotton washcloth or even lens wipes (wet or dry). I've been using just soap and water and patting it dry and that works just fine. The band is able to fit most wrists, and I have plenty of room to adjust either way. Plus the color is cute and bright enough for paramedics to spot quickly, and hasn't faded at all. The scanning feature is quick and easy and I like the amount of options you have to edit on the online profile - you can even put your pet's emergency care on there when you can't speak for yourself. This band saves lives, it's a good price and worth every penny!

I'm very impressed. I was able to easily access the website on my phone and enter all my medical data. It works just as advertised and the only cost was the purchase price. I have ordered one for my mother and I've been showing it to all my friends. Most impressive is scanning the code with my phone and instantly showing them my medical info, a picture of me, and my wife's phone number at the top of the page so that a rescuer can immediately call my wife to make her aware of any medical incident. Wonderful! Highly recommend!

I have a plastic med alert bracelet that is wearing out and, thus, I need a new one. I fell in love with the idea of a scanable QR code that gave access to all my information, so I jumped at this. When it arrived, I really liked the look of it, and the bracelet went on and off easily. However, it wasn't as advertised. It was slightly loose, I saw no way to adjust the size, and there were no instructions about how to do so. I then scanned the code in and was taken to a website that was poor, and somewhat unorganized. There were no clear instructions, and the website was almost 100% focused on tags for pet cats and dogs. Hmmmm. When I tried to enter my information, I was asked for a credit card number - "Which would not be billed." Sure, and why did you ask for the card number? I reluctantly put the card number in and was immediately told that my card would be charged $1.00. Was that going to be recurring? My credit card flagged it as suspicious as the charge was from Ireland. At that point, enough was enough. I had my credit card company deny the charges and flag the transaction. As well, I packed the stuff up and sent it back to Amazon for a refund. Amazon, as usual, was great about the refund.

My child has an extensive medical history. We bought this bracelet so her teachers and camp supervisors (and paramedics!) can scan the QR code to see a list of her past surgeries and medications. We have had other medical bracelets before but they don't fit the important details. The QR code is a great solution. The bracelet is comfortable and my child wears it all day, every day. This is exactly what we were looking for!

It was easy to set up and edit after my implant. I hope I never need anyone to scan that QR code but reassuring to know its there. The silicone band sometimes makes my wrist itch when I'm sweating a lot.

Fantastic product!! I bought this for my husband after having heart surgery and I am very pleased to find a product that you can list so much information on to give paramedics precise information regarding your medical history. What’s great about it is that medications sometimes are changed and this bracelet lets you easily go in and edit the info or add new ones. All anyone has to do is point their phone camera at the QR code and up comes all information, including an option to insert a photo. My only disappointment is that you can’t speak directly to an agent for any help, you have to email them. I will say even though it’s an inconvenience they get back to you and are very helpful. Thank you for making a product where so much information can be stored those metal ones you are limited to and once engraved you can’t edit the information so it’s useless.

This is a great medical alert bracelet! You down load the app. And follow the instructions. You are able to store so much information on these!! Your doctors, medications, health concerns, allergies, emergency contacts, and more! The QR code is easy to scan and pull the stored information right up! If meds or information changes, you can update on line instead of buying a new bracelet. Also, since your information isn't printed on the bracelet it keeps it private.
