The Kwikset Powerbolt 250 10-Button Keypad in Matte Black was a great buy. Its very durable, and easy to install. The programming was simple. You can have multiple codes for front door entry or even a one time code. I am very happy with the look and performance, would definitely recommend it.

Gets you locked out
The media could not be loaded. Â Itâll get you locked out and itâs gonna cost a lot of money for a locksmith to rip it out of your door. The keypad stopped working and locked me out of my apartment. It made me loose a day of work AND costing me a locksmith bill of $120. Kwickset let me know they donât refund the lock or the locksmith because it is my fault I didnât have the keys with me. What a piece of garbage.

Great customer service too
Had an issue with the first lock and after calling support, they confirmed and had a new one on the way. Lock works as it should and happy with my purchase.
