I'm reasonably sure I like these cleaning pads, though the verdict is still out on how long they'll last. The surface is gentle on cook and dinner ware, but it's not going to remove burned on food. They're easy to clean, with a good rinse in soapy water or put them in the dishwasher, on their sides for full sanitization. Of course, being textured silicone, they're not absorbent, so are best used in the sink or a dishpan where you can immerse what you're washing, using these to scrub. There's an advantage to their not being absorbent, of course, in that they won't hold bacteria the way sponges and dishcloths can and they come completely clean.

All reviews were positive so had high expectations for the silicon sponge versus traditional sponges. After using the sponge several times, I am not pleased. It barely retains any soap and does not scrub well. It only removes the surface level dirt and does not leave dishes clean. It is very soft and flexible. Maybe would be ok for cleaning makeup brushes.

These are hard to hold on to. They do a passable job of cleaning plates, but really are not as effective as a scrubby sponge on dried-on food. Small pieces of food get trapped in the bristles and it is hard to get them out. I'm sticking with my sponge.

Does a good job replacing a sponge. Does not hold any food particles and dries quickly.My layman's opinion is that these probably don't harbor as many germs as a sponge.

I like that this does not start to smell as quickly as a sponge but doesn't quite clean as good as a normal sponge

These work great to clean cast iron pans. And they do double duty as hot pads.

Love these sponges! Easy to clean. I bought these because these silicone sponges seem more sanitary. The sponges are thicker than I expected however they're work great. Please don't forget to disinfect the silicone sponges if you wanted to keep bacteria from growing.

They just dont do much of anything. Lousy waste of money
