Tasty little nuggets
I bought this bag to have chocolate available when a craving hits. They are individually wrapped which I appreciate when it comes to serving size. I’m am not typically a dark chocolate person but thoroughly enjoy this chocolate.

Not chocolate covered caramels
If you’re like me and looking for caramels covered in dark chocolate, keep looking. These are thin wafers that are about 1” long and 1/2” wide. They are a bittersweet dark chocolate. If you try hard enough, you might be able to taste caramel. The inside is crunchy. I can find nothing to explain the crunchiness besides possibly the salt.With as high of ratings as this has, it might be ignorance of what to expect.If you want bittersweet dark chocolate without added flavors, go for it. You’ll like these. If you want chocolate covered caramels, skip this.

Real European chocolate
This is an excellent way to measure out your ‘daily-it’s-good -for-me’ dark chocolate. The individually wrapped pastilles are great for adding to a purse, gift box, or backpack. Going to the Bouchard Amazon shop I learned that the ridged shape impact the final notes of flavor. Cool.However—-note that this Belgian chocolate is much less sweet than American chocolate. It is an intense burst of dark chocolate in your mouth.You can buy this chocolate in milk chocolate, dark, dark with caramel & sea salt and it comes in 1 or 2 pound bags which make it a great price when compared oz to oz. The milk chocolate which I have not tried yet (order on way) is likely to taste significantly sweeter.

Will ruin you for cheap chocolate
The quality of this chocolate is outstanding. I adore the caramel salt (note that it is a bite of caramel flavored salt) in the dark chocolate as a perfect bite for dessert. I also really appreciate that the chocolate was shipped with an ice pack and I didn't have to wait for fall to enjoy it.
