FILA Accessories Adjustable Ankle Weights, 5 lb Weight Set (Two 2.5lbs Weights)

I asked “ will these fit my 9 inch ankle?” On amazon and on Kohl’s the person how answered on Kohl’s said this “They should fit. The whole piece is about 13 1/2 inches in length with a generous amount of Velcro to adjust the size.” They fit. 9-28-21 they do fit on my ankles. But they move around a bit. Also there is some were and tear. But not a lot.

The fit is not bad, but the definitely should be worn with socks or tennis shoes with a decent "lip" to avoid irritation. My son has even taken to using them while he runs.

Good quality. Not too roomy if ankles aren’t smaller.

The FILA Adjustable Ankle Weights were exactly what I've been looking forward to enhance my future daily work out routines! I currently don't exercise all that much. I had just started getting into it and I got pregnant and fitness has taken a bit of a back seat. Since I'm at healthy weight, I'm working more on sculpting and toning which these angle weights are perfectly ideal for!Each weight weighs 2.5lbs each and there are two removable weight bars in each separate weight! I like I can remove the bars and start out at an easier level and then work my way up to having the full 5lbs on. The bars are easy to remove and slide back into each corresponding pocket when desired. I'm very happy with the personal customization option for my workouts!The soft anti-chafe neoprene material these are made out of is comfortable against the skin! I'm a bit picky and have sensitivities to what touches me so the fact that these are non-agitating is a huge benefit. To clean I simply wipe these down with a damp cloth.The fit is controlled by velcro. I'm petite at 5ft two inches tall and I normally run around 110lbs. My legs are small but these fit! I was worried at first that these wouldn't due to my size. I haven't had any issues with these sliding down or coming off!I am loving I can use these for low or high key work outs, when taking walks, or just doing chores around the house all the while having these to help tone muscles, burn calories, and building up my strength! I feel these are a good price and certainly recommend them!

I got these to add a little challenge to my normal around the house cleaning routine. Since I'm trying to get in better shape, I thought this might help burn a few calories while I do dishes, laundry, vacuum, etc. These are actually quite comfortable. I didn't notice any rubbing against my leg that would be any different than clothing.My only complaint is the size of the Velcro. The Velcro runs up & down mostly, with about 3 inches across at the wides point. The two sides are both opposite shaped half circles, so you get a somewhat cat-eyed shape Velcro catch when adhered. Why this isn't retangular, why this isn't a horizontal running strip 6-8 inches that overlaps the outer section, why theses are more focused on appearance & not performance? - all valid questions. I realize these are truly designed for aerobics style exercises (see product's box for a woman doing a leg lifting exercise as their example) - and that's my point. I found that walking briskly or stepping down from a ladder often caused the Velcro to slightly begin to let go. You would hear the tell-tail sound of the cracking, popping has the attached Velcro slipped. After readjusting, it's good again. But I couldn't imagine something like aerobics & lifting you legs quickly and not having to re-tighten the Velcro at least every 5-10 minutes. I've used similar ankle & waist weights in the past. The best always had way more Velcro & we're not going to slip, period. Overall, 5 stars for the comfort. 2 stars for the inconvenience. Total 3.5 stars.

Compré estas pesas porque puedes ajustar el peso que quieres utilizar para tu entrenamiento, el velcro hasta el momento me ha aguantado y son cómodas, pero eso sí, a menos que tengas piernas de popote te van a quedar chicas, motivo por el que no le doy las cinco estrellas.

Es un producto muy bueno, pero al poco tiempo de uso se esta deshilando, le hechura es de baja calidad, ojalá pudiesen tener más cuidado con esos detalles, ya que al querer abrochar la mancuerna, lastima la costura un poco en la muñeca. Pero es un buen producto y muy útil a parte de todo.

Además de la buena calidad, se puede ajustar el peso ya que se pueden quitar los pesos según las necesidades de cada quien. Eso no me lo esperaba y me pareció un valor agregado. Las uso casi diario y ademas de que me ajustan bien se mantienen como nuevas.

Have to adjust to certain position for be comfortable. The thing that bothering me the most is colour bleeding. My white runner and my socks now have purple stains.

Llegó antes de lo esperado. Llegó bien el producto. Bien en general, solo un poco incómodo cuestión de acostumbrarse creo. Ya veremos.
