How do i stop the bubbles from getting stuck on the machine and not getting blown into the air?

Why can't I get the battery chamber open? Is it a specialized screw other than Phillips?

How much water do you combine with 2 oz concentrate?

2oz of concentrate makes 20oz of bubble solution so you fill with 18oz of water to make 20oz of solution. It is easy to fill-when you open our 2oz of concentrate you fill the base with water until you reach the bottom of the throat
