I have used this about 3 months. There a several features I really like about this power bank:1. It has both built-in cables AND also usb-A & usb-C ports. I have not had any issues w the built in cables (micro, C & lightning + separate usb-A for input charging), but it's great to have the ports as an option. % charging level is great vs led 'bars', and it has good capacity, weight and size. the cables fit snugly and cleanly in their 'garages'. It recharges at a decent rate. I thought I would hate the 'loop' for the usb-A cable, but it really hasn't been an issue. Another buyer commented that it appears there would be 2 of these delivered. That was obviously a misinterpretation. The product image clearly shows the front (one image) and back (another image) at the same time: so you can see what each side looks like. I do not consider that deceptive at all. I have also been able to charge this powerbank off a 28 watt solar panel w usb-A outputs, as well as usb-A & C inputs from a wall adapter.

This is the BEST power bank I have ever purchased. I love this thing. It is so powerful and last a very long time. I can get at least 2 or more full charges when my phone have less than 10% battery life left. I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra. It's portable and the design is so cool and convenient with the cables already built in. Whoever designed and thought of this was just genius. Definitely will purchase again. I plan on getting the wireless charging one next.

Love this, the built in cables are perfect for all needs. The size and weight are great! Compact design. Charges fast and my phone 3x and then some. The device itself takes long to charge! But that's pretty standard. I always recommend it when someone is looking for one. I will buy it again when I need a new one!

Bought this twice because it is the perfect size to carry around. It charges at least 3 devices with a full charge. Will continue purchasing and will be my go-to portable charger.

This is a misleading ad. It appears as if there are two chargers you are buying. It’s only one and it’s a mid charger with a USB charging cable that never stays in place, is very heavy, and quite flimsy

Fast charger, powers up my phone fast.. A bit large for travel but it does the job. Like that it has three different options to connect to a device. Easy to use.

The three stars is only in regards to one of the two products I bought. I bought a teal and a black charger pack. Unfortunately the teal charger packs iPhone charger cable stopped working three months later and not used often. Very sad because I have an iPhone and really would like to be able to charge it easier, it still works well enough if I have another cord that I could plug in via USB. My husband's black one has not had an issue and he uses it several times a day as he travels for work and is on the phone half the time for work and also has to charge his tablet for work. I'm assuming mine was just a lemon, his is great. As soon as I can afford to buy another one I will.
