If it’s defective, as mine was, it isn’t returnable due to alcohol content. Product arrived in a padded envelope without any other packaging. It arrived in a padded shipping envelope. The spray bottle had no cap and the product had discharged its contents into the shipping envelope. When i tried to get a replacement, I ended up in a loop, because the product was “not returnable”. Tried to report it to customer service, only to end up in the same loop again. For those reasons, I can only give this product a single star. It does have a pleasant scent and I would probably would have enjoyed using it

Love smell but doesn’t last. Recv’d w/ lid loose and cap off and about 1/4 of contents gone.
I love the lemon smell but it doesn’t last very long. Received order with cap off and loose lid and about 1/4 of contents gone. Suggest shrink wrapping bottle to avoid this happening.

Like being in a forest
We bought a couple of fresh wreaths at Christmas. The spray helped enhance and extend the life of the pleasant pine smell—very natural smelling
