I needed this type thread for a Christmas stocking project and love the selection

Very pretty colors but one of them did not appear metallic

Nice selection of colors for embroidery when you want a little sparkle.

This thread is so pretty! All of the colors are bright and vibrant, and for sure have a metallic sheen to them. It’ll make beautiful accent colors on embroidery, cross stitch, or even crochet or knit. The individual strands are very thin, so if you split up each piece of floss you will have more than 6 individual strands. For me it is a special occasion item, but I really love the colors and I can’t wait to use them! It’s a great price for 12 skeins of specialty thread.

The first time I ordered, it wasn't delivered to my address. Someone else had the pleasure of using them. USPS at it again. But I did receive my 2nd order. Not exactly what I expected, but I think I was able to use them for what I intended, I hope it turns out all right.

Depending on what you want to use it for....it is stiff and not all the colors are actually metalic with a shiny thread going thru them. I use it to teach kids to sew so it doesn't tangle easily. Not sure it would be good for all embroidery.

Hard to separate strands.Nice impact on floss based projects.
