A wee bit small but as realistic as they come
This is VERY durable and strong. It is definitely close enough to medical grade. However it is not for larger men. It should fit a 6 foot tall male no heavier than 200 lbs. I wish these came in even larger sizes because they are very tough and clinically realistic.

This wasn't cheap, but it was worth it. Once you're in there's no coming out without help. Material and stitching is strong.
