Sturdy and attractive!
This stair rail is strongly built and very attractive. It was easy to assemble and install. The price is RIGHT and the box contained EVERYTHING that was needed to assemble it ... including the drill bit for anchoring and small wrenches for the nuts and an Allen wrench to tighten the bolts. The finish should last for years. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

Nice looking
Much sturdier than i expected. I would recommend getting a good drill bit to drill a pilot hole then use the one provided. At first we couldn't get all the screws tightened enough but sliding a washer under the post corrected that and we were able to get it tightened. I painted all the screws black to blend in. Looks very nice on my front steps

Functional and decorative
Perfect solution for an entrance with 1-2 steps. Very happy with this product. It will provide just enough safety coming up my granite steps.

Looks good, installs easy
The railing works well, but do yourself a favor and buy better anchors and a better masonry bit. I originally tried to install with the equipment that came with.The drill bit had a bit of a bend to it so it wandered and walked around a lot and does not cut very easily.. The anchors can be over tightened and stripped out easily.I ended up buying myself a new Masonary bit and new anchors and drilled the old ones out. Everything holds nice sturdy now and it looks great.

Select railings from another manufacturer.
The final product is of good quality but to get to the final product take an extra effort: First, one key piece was the wrong size; then the required masonry drill bit that was to be included was missing; the list of included parts lacked sufficient detail, ie, the size of the anchor bolts which is needed to buy a replacement for the missing drill bit; and the assembly instructions were OK but there was no details on how to install the railing - Home Depot and on-line videos were great help that enabled me to install the railings correctly.

Excellent product, well made. You should have a hammer drill if you are going to install on concrete steps.

Looks sturdy
Very pretty and sturdy. My husband hasn't mounted it on the steps yet, but I'm sure it will be nice.
