It helps me with my vitamin d and very soft to swallow I prefer more gummy or soft gels or tablets when they come to taking my vitamins but I love the soft gels those are the only three I'm going to really take it or I can take it in the liquid form that's the only four way I'm going to take it other than that if it's anything else you can just forget it 😂But for real I like this brand because it helps me with my vitamin d level up and I'll be buying a whole bunch of them so it can last me a pretty good decent months

This appears to be a fine product, but it is a 1 year supply that expires in 8 months.

After discovering a number of years ago that my Vitamin D level was nil(yes, zero) my doctor prescribed Vitamin D3 for me. I live in an area where we don't get much sun, and even when we do, in order to get the full benefits of Vitamin D from the sun, I would have to sit outdoors minus sunscreen for ten minutes. Within 4 minutes I'm already burning and turning red. This amount of Vitamin D is not for everyone. I take 5000Ius every day because I had no Vitamin D in my body at all, and you have to have it. Most people usually only need 1000Ius. These pills are small easy to swallow, and best of all, don't have any taste to them. Its a good thing to have in your life.

I have been taking prescription strength (50,000 IU once a week) for years since a neurological disorder caused unusually low Vitamin D levels. However, the cost kept increasing and my neurologist said I could take OTC Vit D.I take 20,000 IU every third day, and it works as well as the prescription strength did. My muscles and bones are not sore at all, and that achy feeling I get from being Vitamin D-deficient is gone!The best part though was completely unexpected. I can sleep! I struggle with insomnia, but this product has allowed me to go from sleeping 2.5 hours a night to 6-7 hours a night.I recommend that, if you intend to take more than the recommended dosage, that you consult your doctor and have your blood tested for Vitamin D levels. It is possible to take too much Vitamin D, and the body does not not excrete excess Vitamin D because it is fat soluble.

After my husband died unexpectedly last year I had a very bad time. I was taught young to control my tears, but there was no controlling them. I've been taking these vitamin D3 supplements for a few days now and I think they should be a part of anyone's daily routine if you live in Ohio. The weather here can be rather gloomy and lacking in sunshine. My PCP always recommends them to me in the winter months as my blood levels seem to be low. It's the cheapest prescription he's ever written compared to my hypertension and cholesterol meds. Now I can take one each day and feel good about keeping my vitamin D3 levels up. The price was right and they're non-GMO. What's not to like?

Product arrived quickly, not sure how to tell the vitamins are working.

Product arrived on time, package and quality looks fine, I’ll use it and hopefully get good results, a bit on the pricy side but I hope quality is high too.
