Q: How many capsules do you take in a day? and how many time in a day?

I take two a day, one in the morning and one an hour before bed. With each pill I drink a whole glass of water and drink another 6 glasses through out the day. I still watch what I eat and drink. I've been on it for three months and so far no flare ups. Just follow what they say to do and see if it works for you. Since every one is different it might not work as well for you as it does other people.

Q: How big are these pills?

They are capsules about as big as a Tylenol cap. Not a bad size. Easy to swallow.

Q: How long does Urcinol stay in the body

aprox 8 to 12 hrs...this product works well but at the start I always take 2x the amt they say to just to get my blood full of med and if I am having an attack the pain needs to become much less this product always works for me

Q: Is this product vegan

I am not a vegan, but i think it means that there is no animal by-product in it. So that being said, I checked the ingredients list (which you can view by clicking on the product label on back), and it all appears to be plant based except for maybe the gelatin which is the capsule. Hope this helps
