Perfect for Tepache
They real deal for making Tepache like you had in Mexico! Don't worry about the apparent hard cone of sugar. It will dissolve easily in your beverage.Our first patch was wonderful. Making Tepache with cane sugar wasn't quite right. Just not the same as I remembered.

Food tasted great
I bought this because I saw a French toast recipe that Eva Longoria shared and she used this. I was curious and I’m glad I got it. The french toast tasted great and I am going to try it with my bread pudding.
