Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly before applying the cream. Apply a thin layer of Canesten Dual Action Cream to the affected area and surrounding skin two to three times daily. Rub the cream in gently. Continue treatment for at least two weeks, even if symptoms disappear, to prevent recurrence. Wash hands thoroughly after applying the cream to avoid spreading the infection.
