printer does recognize these cartridges
Just got a new HP printer. HP states their printers will not work with generic cartridges. These claim to have the necessary chip. I have tried to install, and the printer seems to recognize the cartridge. So, I am hoping I will not have any problems down the road. Will update if there is any change

Great Printer Ink
This printer ink was easy to put in my printer. The ink dries fast and does not smear. It fits nicely within my HP printer. Overall, if you are looking for printer ink and it is compatible with your printer, I highly recommend this product.

Works in HP 4155e if you haven't signed up for HP's instant ink program
These cartridges installed easily without errors or issues on my HP DeskJet 4155e. The printer recognizes them as a refilled cartridge but doesn't have a problem with that and the alignment proceeds as usual. There are no leaks or streaking and the page count seems accurate.If your printer ends with an 'e' at the end of the numbers, 3rd party inks with NOT work with the printer if it's been signed up with HP's Instant Ink program. If you have NOT signed up for the program, they'll work fine.
