The Roman Colosseum: The story of the world's most famous stadium and its deadly games (Wonders of the World Book) Paperback – September 12, 2006

I used this book to get my 9 year old ready for our trip to Europe. He loved the book and it made our trip to the Coliseum more exciting.

Great for my son’s middle school project.

Added some of my own pictures and notes from a recent trip to Rome. My grandson loved it!

Very informational book, though some pictures may be disturbing to younger children.

I ordered it for my son he is 10 he need it to make a project about the 7 wonders of the world, it was very helpful.

One of several books used for a class report. The info is good, but parts of it were presented well in an interesting manner, and other sections were very dry and harder to get through. A good book for an overview on the subject.

This book is 45 pages long, with pictures on every other page. So basically it is about 22 pages long and provides very little information. Wikipedia would be more informative. I read the entire book in about ten minutes.
