Hits the Studs and is Inexpensive
This item is not nearly as heavy or of the quality of Delta or Moen designer grab bars, but I wanted a decorative one that was 16", so it could be mounted directly into studs. Most designer bars are 18" which is ridiculous, because you have to use wall dogs to mount at least one side. A lot of weight is put on these. The only other 16" one I could find that was excellent quality was over $250, so I went with this. I don't know how it is going to wear since we just put up.

good looks and works
Nice looking grab bar.... Yes I prefer safety but I don't want to feel like an old lady.... this grab bar looks good in my shower and doesn't look like belonging to a facility.

We have a lot of these now. They look great, are easy to install, and provide the needed support without looking like a hospital room.

Not my cup of tea for my bathroom remodel
I didn’t like the look of it when it arrived. I wanted something that was utilitarian but also attractive and this just didn’t get the picture. I returned it to Amazon.

Stable bar for security.
My. Husband needs this for a reliable bar for stability. This is study and comfortable to grip. Add to that it looks good.

Very nice and modern
This grab bar looks very nice. Not medical looking at all. Easy to install and comes in different sizes. I have had them up a year and they still look brand new.
