Super easy to use.
Before this device,I got into crafting with a circut. It’s a fun device to use but extremely difficult to master. With this it’s pretty much load the design and pick intensity setting and click start. Definitely worth the money.P.S. Mine came in two different boxes on different days I was worried at first because I only got half of it. So just know it’s most likely in two boxes.

The media could not be loaded. I run a small buisness local and make custom products! This thing is incredible for the money! Super easy to use and the quality is outstanding!

Nice machine
The projects this has created have been very nice. However, after using machine severy times, the power switch does not work any longer, so i have to unplug unit after each use. This does not take away its productivity whatsoever. Some disadvantages…it is not a high speed machine, but so far the accuracy is perfect-so give and take. Technically-i reached out to the manufacturer and have gotten no response back, about power switch. I am happy with this purchase. I also bought the stand alone filter which is loud. Not sure i would recommend that if you can place engrave by a window to vent outdoors.

Package should up as if it had already been opened and repackaged extremely badly - Wifi would not connect to the machine at all - completely unsatisfied with this machine. Would not connect even with the USB - I see why it was originally returned now.

Proceed with extreme caution and keep your kids away - the photo in this ad is really irresponsible
I love how they named the models "Vision" after what you might lose if you aren't very careful, then have a marketing picture with Mom looking on while the two children peer excitedly into the laser. And they certainly should be excited, because it may be the last thing they see in this lifetime! Yes they are shielded, and that is good, but anyone who works with lasers knows that interlocks sometimes fail, or are defeated by stupid people. Sometimes shielding is compromised. It only takes a breach of a few angstroms and a child's (or your) vision is gone forever. Don't let your kids stare at the laser, and consider safety glasses for yourself for when you need to watch what's going on. Overkill? Maybe. But blindness from an ablated retina is forever.
