I own a laser cutter and though I mostly do plywood projects I've been getting into more acrylic projects lately. I've tried multiple different thicknesses and brands of acrylic from different price points with varying degrees of success. This is my first experience with the "Gdhwxcl" brand, but I'm happy with it so far. It's high quality acrylic that's protected with adhesive brown paper on both sides (recommended to leave the paper on while lasering if you can to preserve the finish). Underneath the paper, the surface of the acrylic is pristine with a mirror-like glossy finish. The sheets are perfectly flat with no warping and have a consistent thickness (1/8" or 2.65 mm) across the entire sheet. It cuts well on the laser and the colors are all vibrant so the end results look great.At the time of this review it's $26.99 for 10 sheets of different colors. At less than $3 per 12/12 sheet, I think that's a great value for acrylic of this quality. I'm very happy with this stuff and would definitely get more from this brand.

This 10-pack of opaque acrylic sheets is a great deal - provided you need or can use the rainbow variety of colors included. I have a 10-watt blue diode laser, so about half of these colors would not do much in my laser. That is not the fault of this superb acrylic (or at least, superb from my viewpoint full of inexperience.)The acrylic arrived with corner protection, individually wrapped on both sides, and bubble wrapped. All of my pieces arrived in pristine condition. I have laser-tested 6 colors but skipped over some I knew my laser would not be able to process (like the blue acrylic.) I don't know much about working with acrylic but plan on looking into other cutting methods for the colors my laser can't process. I also have not tested keeping the paper on - I have seen some people cut with it on and some with it off - I took my paper off before processing.I did get some burring - particularly with the red - but I am chalking that up to my laser and inexperience. The black in particular cut perfectly.I will buy this acrylic provided it is offered in larger sheets with single-color options. It was a great find for testing my laser's capabilities, and I will be ordering this exact set again when I upgrade and expand.

If you new to laser cutting then this set of acrylic sheets will give you a wide choice of colors for a reasonable cost. The 3mm thickness shouldn't be too difficult for most cutters over 10W but as with all plastics you will want to make sure you have some kind of fume extraction. They'd also be great for other craft projects even if you don't have a laser cutter. Locally it's hard to find such colorful acrylic sheets so this is a nice selection.

This 10-pack of cast Acrylic comes well-wrapped and also with protected corners that leave the sheets flat and in perfect shape. The sheets matched the listed size of 8" x 8" x 1/8". The opaque (non-transparent) variety of colors came in bright and colorful sheets with a lot of uses. I did leave the brown paper sheet layer on when cutting on the scroll saw to avoid any scratching. However, if using these on my laser, I would take them off as the product description does recommend removal. This is usually due to certain things being in the particular brown sheets, so unless one has great fume extraction I would be leary of leaving it on. I am quite pleased with the quality and color of these cast acrylic sheets.

These colors are really great, some are primary and the others are great shades of violet, indigo. The surfaces are very smooth and as a raw material for artwork, these are going to work perfectly. The paper backing is easy to remove and the acrylic cuts very well without cracking, and cuts very well with a nice edge that only needs minimal sanding for a smooth side. I'm very happy with this caliber of acrylic. The variety of colors is well put together.

This is a great way to get experience with a laser cutter, perfect trial materials, and a plus if you’re looking for any of these particular colors, that said they are rather odd colors.

I got these for all sorts of projects. So far I have created a mounting plate for two toggle switches and power cord exit, which I attached to my homemade airbrush spray booth. Next on the list, is using these sheets to create floors in HO scale small buildings. Many times in the past I have needed a piece of flat plastic and didn't have any. These should take care of that.

These cast acrylic sheets are super nice. I have just gotten into laser engraving and so I don't have a ton of experience with many different types of acrylics, but these are great. I've actually been able to cut some of them with my diode laser and they cut beautifully. The colors are so vibrant and pretty. You really get quite a bit to choose from, especially compared to other sets I've tried. Very happy with my order.
