It always independently displays the speed that is being driven, whether the Tuning is active or disabled. The motor support is not limited to 25km/h, instead it can achieve any speed value. After installation, your eBike works the way you are used to, only there is no more off switch for the motor support beyond 25 km/h. The tuning can be turned on and off at any time. Please bear in mind that the use in street traffic is prohibited and the electronics may only be used for sporting purposes only. Note: HMI (display) is not included and is used for illustration purposes of the possible speed.

U.K. Buyers beware.
If you are a potential buyer from the UK please be aware of the following. There is no indication in the sales information or installation guide (which is very limited) that the module will not work in MPH format. This has caused me immense stress and time, as I am a competent mechanic and after fitting the module as per instructions it failed to work, in fact, the bike was worse than it was before! After numerous emails back and forth with the supplier they then informed me that the unit must be in KM during installation and for further use, there fore rendering the MPH format useless which is vital in the UK. Having the bike up and running we took it for a ride (my wife riding the e bike who's bike it is) and after only 1 km the power assist failed and we had error flashing on the display screen! Nothing would clear the screen, but after a further 100 yards it returned to normal. After our ride I checked the ride stats, there was zero average speed and only 5.6 Kms max speed. Both obviously wrong. I am so disillusioned with this product, I have contacted the supplier with the view to returning it. The module was fitted correctly but has caused nothing but problems and stress. Colin Kermode
