Mofeez Nitrogen Regulator with 0-400 PSI Delivery Pressure Equipment Brass Inlet Outlet Connection Gauges

I hooked it up and it works just like an expensive one would, the only thing is that ti was supposed to have an 1/4" flare male on it, which it DOES NOT. The outlet is something which does not fit on any AC related hoses (410, 134), it does not fit the 5/16 found on mini split units and it's not NPT... It comes however with a hose adapter, but you will have to sacrifice one of your AC hoses in order to slip it over that one... No big deal at the end of a day, it just needs a trip to the supply house and get the right adapter... This is why it will get only 4 stars from me.UPDATE, after checking with my supply store, the delivery fitting is NOT HVAC-R related. managed to hook it up by sacrificing a very nice 1/4" pressure hose rated at 600PSI, however the hose adapter is not a reliable solution for that pressure; I'm afraid it will burst. So my previous four stars went down to what all useless devices go, namely one star and it will be returned.

I had some difficulties in making a decision as to whether I could endorse this product. After reading the reviews of this product it appeared that the previous reviews were written by individuals that had issue with characteristics rather than quality. I ended up buying two of these gauges rather than just one not because I needed two, but because the first gauge I received was damaged and would not read tank pressure correctly. I could not afford to be without so I ordered a second gauge so I could return the first one. The second gauge I received does not read delivery pressure correctly as it does not reset properly. I should have kept the first gauge then I could make one properly functioning unit.

This regulator works.I use it for the Nitrogen bottle. The high side has a tiny leak somewhere.The regulator handle is super hard to move. I think it shouldn't be, but since this is the cheapest regulator this is good enough.The dumbest part of this set is the output connector. I could not find an adaptor that would allow me to connect this either to the yellow line or red / blue lines. What I ended up doing is I removed the barb, and the 9/16 (?) Fem to 1/4 NPT Male adapter, and replaced it with 1/4 NPT male to compressed air quick connect industrial type male plug (keep in mind those are rated to 300 PSI only). So, no I can connect anything I want to it and interchange.Other than this, the set works fine, and I am using it to purge the AC lines with Nitrogen, Pressure test, and inflate vehicle tires.

I have run hundreds of gas regulators and have never had a new one act this bad. SAFETY HAZARD - DO NOT BUY.Checked regulator, assembled T screw, attached to bottle, turned t-screw pressure adjustment to contact point and got full bottle pressure coming out outlet. If I had it hooked to equipment injury was almost certain. I wonder if it was ever checked at the factory.

The gauge arrived completely disassembled and broken. Now I have to pay to ship it back. I don't think so. Totally junk

gauges are flimsy and cheap. regulator does the job for me as I am just filling tires so I'm using different gauges anyway.

Fitting on the delivery side is not 1/4 flare as advertised, it is metric 14mm, I can not attach manifold hose to it.Will have to send it back.

They replaced my defective unit, this one seems to work much better
