This is a great hammock! It is smartly designed with very few pieces and, besides the frame, seem to likely be things that can be bought after market should they be lost or damaged. One of the smartest things was putting the instruction diagram on the bag itself. The hammock itself is a very soft and comfortable cotton. I do not keep it outside since it is quick to set up and pack away, although it is sturdy enough it can probably be kept up for extended periods, but I am not sure how long the fabric and ropes could stand up to the sun. For the price this cannot be beat! Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a comfortable hammock, especially with a more traditional design (doesn’t have the bars at the top and bottom) that isn’t a camping hammock and comes with a frame!

Okay, so I don't normally write reviews, but this hammock changed my life. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety going on two years ago now, I've had it for most of my life though. I have not slept this well since before I was 17 and started having panic attacks at night.I got really used to setting an alarm and then not getting up to it or (more recently) calling in sick for work or college classes. I think I was the queen of - "sleeps all the time but is somehow still tired." I would fall asleep if I wasn't actively doing something.But not this morning. This morning I woke up and was initially disgusted at the sound of my alarm, but then I realized... I didn't feel like going back to sleep. So I'm laying here writing this review in this hammock with my dog, just chilling, because I am actually rested. Even if I never sleep this well ever again in my life, at least I know that I am not lazy and I was just really freaking tired.For the practical parts:Definitely easy to assemble. Two thing to keep in mind, the screw holes on the legs are *slightly* different for each side. Basically if the screw wont go in easily try flipping it around.Secondly, the hammock is designed to stretch (this is more specific to the cotton one, idk if the other fabrics are like this). It was kinda hard to hang the first time as it seemed to be too short. Stretch it until it hooks around both loops and then lay in it for a bit. After that decide how high you want it. Mine would barely reach the first hole before laying in it and now I have it on the second.Don't be worried about flipping this hammock. I mean I'm 5 ft. 2 in. and 135 lbs. I know I'm small, but I think you have more of a chance of ending up on the floor in a normal bed than in this thing.So, don't mind me I'll just be here living my best hammock life. *GUYS THIS IS NUTS I'VE BEEN AWAKE FOR AN HOUR AND I DON'T FEEL LIKE FALLING ASLEEP I'M EXCITED TO ACTUALLY GO DO THINGS WITH MY LIFE*

I cannot handle how great this hammock Is, It's durable,well made,comfortable, I have never been more pleased with a product, If you are looking to get something like this look no further, I'm going to try to buy another cloth hammock just because I'm afraid after using this one so much by the time It does wear out I may not be able to find a replacement, I can only fear that somehow I won't be able to find this model again, seriously this thing Is of a quality I did not expect,I'm so use to things falling apart I can see the care even if it was produced in a factory someone knew what they were doing when they put these into production. I'm sure there are better made ones out there but I haven't found them for the price point these hit. Buy this, you will be very pleased, I forgot to mention, this thing is portable and lightweight and If you can slide the feet under something to make It fit you can put it anywhere,If you want a spare bed for guests instead of a cot or two I would get a few of these. Also I can take it anywhere outside in the carrying case and in a minute or two I'm relaxing and just staring at blue sky at peace. also In other hammocks I'm sometimes a little afraid of the supports but this has very sturdy loops that are way beefier then they need to be and I really appreciate they spent the extra material to make sure someone doesn't get hurt, I currently have It set up in my room because I sleep better then I ever have in a bed, my spine has been abused through the years and l4-l5-s1 are pretty damaged on top of degenerative spinal arthritis and the first two nights I slept in this I woke up the next day and could move without nearly as much pain as standing up first thing usually entails, I could go on forever but I'll leave it at that.

I researched several of the hammocks before I settled on this one. First of all, the hammock itself is SO light colored that I’m afraid to use it! We already had a double hammock from years ago that we will use. Now the stand… it was very easy to assemble! It is very adjustable (like 6 holes at each end) and this is VERY important! The hammock that came with my stand needed to be at hole #2 on both sides. But when putting on my old hammock it needed to be at hole #6 in one side and #5 on the other to be at the correct height. This adjustability is key! So far so good with the hammock. It feels very sturdy. We put the hammock in the storage bag for later use and the storage bag is really useful for storing hammock and stand when you aren’t using it or need to take it somewhere.
