I'm a beginner. Is this gauge suitable for stringing beads for a necklace?

Although you could put beads on it, and I do when designing jewelry, it is stiff and not what you would use for simply stringing beads to make a necklace. For that you want something much more supple. I started off using a product called Spiderwire fishing line that is strong and does not stretch (you end up with too much space between beads if it stretches over time like monofiliment. It is sold at Walmart, and Amazon. You get a lot on one spool and you can choose how thick you want it. Either way you get a lot of strength for the diameter.

Can i used this pliers to cuts artificial flowers?

Yes, I've used them to cut several types of artificial flowers and plants. They fit nicely in my shirt pocket so they are easy to keep on hand.

does the wire have any kind of coating on them?

Like the description says, the package I received also includes the words "tarnish resistant". The few pieces I've made so far haven't had enough use yet to fully put this to the test. The labeling is consistent though and nothing has tarnished so far. Be aware though that what I've read and seen on videos indicates that tarnish coatings don't last forever and it's very important to try not to scratch the wire while you're wrapping it or the coating will be damaged. I'm expecting the silver and gold wire will be equivalent to medium-quality costume jewelry when it comes to the every day wear and tear. I'm a novice at this, but I didn't notice any scratching when I worked with the gold and silver wire. So far, so good.
