I believe in the benefits of taking Propolis and Royal Jelly so when I saw this supplement that combines those along with Bee Pollen, I immediately ordered it. I am a little confused though as in the supplement facts online it says there is 640 mg of Bee Propolis, 180 mg. of Royal Jelly and 180 mg. of Bee Pollen, giving a total of 1000 mg. The supplement facts on the bottle are different! There is only 360 mg. of the Propolis, which is the main ingredient I wanted. There is 240 mg. of Royal Jelly and 250 mg. of Bee Pollen, so more of those two but less of the Propolis. I will certainly still take these but if they changed the formulation, they really need to change the facts online. The company seems to make good products and it's made in the USA, otherwise I would really hesitate to take these if it were made in China.
