Works Perfect. Looks a bit smaller than original but it still fits and works.
The AC and Heat work amazing now. (there was no air before) I got this for a 2013 rogue and it was a bit smaller than the original but it still fit in place and connector was the same. Also the power of the blower is good. It makes a different noise. Not necessarily more noise than original but higher pitched. Overall good purchase. It is a PAIN to install though.

Did the job
It was a easy fix Great quality part better price on Amazon

Exactly what I needed for less the half the price locally.
This unit has been working great for almost 2 months now. I waited to write the review until it had been used for a while. It blows hard and was a lifesaver when my wife's squirrel cage went out in the middle of the hot summer days. Replaced this and the blower motor resistor at the same time. (Why not, they were both cheaper on here than the price of just the blower locally) Would definitely buy this product again. Watch some youtube vids for installation tips. Installed in a 2010 Nissan Rouge and it has to be installed from the drivers side after the pedals and some brackets are removed. About a 1-2 hour job depending on skill level.

Not quite right for the Sentra
I used the part for a 2012 Sentra and it didn't really fit. The blower motor is supposed to be able to turn into place to lock in but this item is off slightly. The molding is either too thick or the tabs are too large. It's too tight to rotate into place. I had to go to the auto parts store and get one at 3x the price, which fit just fine.

Works good, but dimensions are slightly different than OEM
I got the fan installed after a few hours of taking the old one out and trying to get the new one in. It was extremely stubborn to go back in, and after a bit of trying I realized that the dimensions were slightly different than the original fan. When I compared them the Locking mechanisms were one to two millimeters off from the original. I was able to file everything down and grease it and finally get it in with a lot of effort. Now that it's in, the fan works great. It's quieter than the original, but I suspect that there was something wrong with that one from the very beginning.

The hamster wheel section is shorter and it seems louder than the factory fan.
When compared to the factory fan it looks exactly the same except the hamster wheel is shorter when placed on the circular end. This does not interfere with the installation. It seems to be making more noise upon first listen. No problems so far but no real driving done. The auto parts store had one for $90. If I knew how difficult the installation was going to be, I might have gotten a more expensive one here on Amazon (hopefully that would mean it's better).I would like to say that installing one of these even with plenty of YouTube video research was 6 hours, mostly of misery. You should replace the resistor while down there, and if you check it first, you might be able to cut things a little shorter and keep your old blower in at least a little while longer.I recommend starting with a vacuum of the driver's floor area, because you're going to be all over it. Taking off the panel under the steering wheel and leg area air duct is shown in the videos. I'm not sure if this is absolutely necessary, but it does give you more space to work. This also involves disconnecting the hood latch which is a pain and even more of pain to put back together. You will need to remove the side panel to the right of the driver's legs. It just pulls off. Hopefully, you've done this before to change the in-cabin air filter. You might as well change that filter while you're down there. They should be in stock at an auto parts store for about 10-15 bucks. You will need to remove the brake/gas pedal assembly. There's a black box with three electrical plugs with clips that needs to get out the way (it's recommended you disconnect the negative battery terminal before doing this). You will also need to fight with a U-shaped thingy that's part of the brake pedal assembly or just remove it. It might sound easy but things don't want to cooperate and you'll be down there struggling to get light where you need it and get your arms where they need to go and if you're a smaller guy, you might struggle with getting the strength into some things. I needed a long socket wrench to turn some nuts. I recommend plugging in the blower motor before installing it. One of the big struggles was getting it plugged in after it was physically installed. You will need:A Phillips screwdriver for the air duct removal and several other things. Sometimes a short stubby one helps.A pretty average size torx bit or driver for the panel under the steering wheel.Needle nose pliers for various thingsPreferably long sockets that can go over about 1.5-2 inches of bolt to get to nuts.Socket wrenchesLights of various types. Small lights that can hopefully get where you need'em and stay there.Vice grips or larger pliers if the blower motor won't turn all the way to where it needs to go.It helps to have a foot high stool or something to put your body on as it extends out the car.

Incorrect description!!! Does not fit 2014 Rogue
DO NOT BUY!!Im super dissapointed with this purchase. It clearly says this will fit a 2014 Nissan Rogue in the product description and picture. After waiting forever to arrive even though I payed for expedited shipping, my mechanic said its not the right fit. Such a waste of time and energy!! This should be removed from Amazon for false advertising. Absolutely ridiculous
