This came with all the items needed to assemble the stand by yourself within 10 minutes(even a little tool to assemble the main stand.) The top plate may need a drill to get the little philip screws in to secure it (i just sat it there and then sat my dispenser on top of it.. no problem.) You can also just not use it at all. Its very sturdy with the ceramic dispenser alone as well as the dispenser with the 5 gallon jug. Wood is smooth and feels like good quality and professionally built. The legs came with adjustable feet so that you can set it to the proper level. I can't believe I waited over a year to get this thing. Money well spent.

Instead of paying rental on a water cooler month after month, get this and one of those $10 or $15 USB crown cap water dispensers.The only weird thing about it is that they include five little screws to affix the particle board disc to the top of the unit where the bottle sits, but they didn't pre-drill the holes. Not a big deal because the particle board is soft enough to simply puncture with the screws or you can easily punch out or drill the holes yourself with no problem.

I have a small kitchen and needed a space for my Big Berkey water filter. This item fits the filter, with a bit of extra room on the sides. It was fairly easy to assemble and only took about 10 minutes total. My biggest complaint is that the joint where the two wood pieces meet isn't very sturdy. It will hold the filter just fine, but will need a bit of cardboard between the joints to avoid wobbling. I'm overall happy with my purchase because it solves a need for my kitchen, but I would prefer if it was a sturdier piece.

I really enjoyed this. Came in good condition & was pretty easy to assemble. I like the height of it. I purchased the enviro water dispenser from my local co-op & it fits perfectly. I did not put the round plate on- as you would need a drill & I do not have one.

This item is pretty straight-forward. It is sturdily built, and would do a good job holding a full water bottle. I purchased mine to use a a planter. The wood is unfinished, so it would be easy to paint or varnish. I would recommend.

The stand snapped in half while being gently removed from the packaging it arrived in. Luckily I was crafty enough to solve the problem, but given that the intended use is supporting upto 5 gallons (or 41lbs) of water that seems very problematic. I'm almost glad it broke when it did, otherwise I might've ended up with broken glass, ceramic and water all over the floor. Find something more solid or be prepared to reinforce this yourself.Additionally, the customer service at New Wave Enviro was fairly unhelpful.

Fits 5 gallon water jug almost perfect. I don’t use a cooler, I have a pump I drop in the top. Stand is stable and perfect height.

A DECENT STAND , A LITTLE WOBLY BUT ONCE IT'S SETUP IT WORKS GREAT.

I use this as a plant stand and completely recommend it for this use! Beautiful and sturdy and easy to assemble.

Looks great and is stable

This item arrived with broken dowels the glue used was not effective. None the less I did not return it because I corrected the shortfall by using glue and long screws.

Economical but awkward looking with 2.2 gallon dispenser

This stand is wobbly, I am afraid my crock and water jug are going to fall over one day.One board was cracked, but I fixed it with wood glue and tape.
