Nifty 4K video camera at a fraction of the cost
I was looking for a camera for the children to use in Disney this year. Looked at the GOP** range and although they produce great products I didn't really want to spend over £200+ on something for the kids to use on Holiday. I searched the interweb for "best cheaper versions of goP** 4K video camera" and come across some independent review sites. The reviews of this camera on multiple sites named this as the number 1 alternative due to its quality, functionality and battery life (2 included). It was advertised as £78. However it had been further reduced to £52!!!! Bargain. The camera arrived in a foam protected case with a waterproof case and lots of clips and brackets to attach to a bike, helmet, wrist etc. There was no head or chest harness but I ordered these off amazon for £6. Within 10 minutes of switching the camera on I had it set up and linked to my iphone via the app which allows me to use my phone as a remote, stream live video and download what I have captured. Recorded some video around the home which is of a good quality. I set it to 1080 (60fps) which gives 3 hours of recording on a 32GB SD card. Played the video back and it was high quality, a bit of fish eye but that due to the wide angle which doesn't bother me. So far I am very pleased and the kids are over the moon. One last thing - it comes with a waterproof remote which can be strapped onto the wrist to start and stop recording when the camera is on the end of a selfie stick or strapped to your helmet. Looking forward to using it on holiday later on in the year.

Impressive quality budget camera for active types!
Wow - I was impressed when it arrived. It comes in a very nice and strong carry case - with loads of devices to fit to almost anything. I've purchased a floating handle from elsewhere and having been using it with this camera to film videos whilst snorkling underwater - It's worked amazingly well and video quality is exceptional for the budget. Battery life hasn't been an issue I'm using a 64 Gb micro sd card.I'd strongly recommend this camera if you don't have, or want to spend out considerably more on a GoPro and want to have some fun filming exciting activities.Attached photos are screengrabs from a video.

Excellent camera for the money
This came highly reviewed on an independent website and I was lucky enough to get it in a lightning sale which knocked a tenner off the price. The picture quality, viewed on a laptop screen, was far higher than I had expected, though I was only able to get 1080p resolution with the 32GB micro SD card I'd bought elsewhere to go in it. Even though the card was labelled Class 10, which various troubleshooting guides indicate is the required standard, there are clearly some Class 10 cards which aren't as good as others, and after initial testing, which was satisfactory, when I tested the camera that evening at a gig it recorded only a few seconds of video before freezing, and none of the footage could be viewed; it just came up with File Error. I subsequently tried a couple of much lower-capacity micro SD cards, neither of them marked as Class 10, and the camera performed perfectly with both. My recommendation would be to make sure you have a name-branded Class 10 micro SD card; a lot of websites describe troubleshooting these cameras (and identical ones sold under other brand names) by downloading new firmware, but I'm not sure, based on my experience, that this is strictly necessary (which is just as well, since the Fitfort website offers nothing in the way of technical support beyond an email address and no links for firmware downloads; nor are there any tech support contact details in the rather sketchy user guide which accompanies the camera. I don't know where you would get the firmware for this camera were it to fail, but the memory card is removable, so all your pictures would be safe, and you might just as well buy another camera, at this price). As has been said elsewhere, the carrying case is a nice bonus, but poorly organised; there are cutouts for the camera, in the waterproof case, and a battery, and various other holes which don't really fit anything specifically, so you end up just piling everything in any old how, but 'The camera comes with so much useful stuff it's hard to cram it all in' is hardly a major criticism. It's early days, so I can't speak to longevity, but as an alternative to a GoPro (which seem to have their own quality control problems, judging by several reviews I've seen) at a tenth of the price, I'm not complaining; if it lasts only for one holiday's-worth of snorkelling and surfing, it'd still be well worth the money.

Probably got a faulty one.
Bought this camera with the intention of using it on my motorbike/bicycle, but the first time I used it the recording stopped after 10 minutes and then restarted itself. The next time I used it the camera froze after 3-5 minutes and got really hot - I had to remove the battery to get it to come back on.It never worked properly really and froze each time I tried it, despite changing the battery and using 3 different memory cards - all high quality. On the plus side; the seller did communicate well and offered advice, but nothing helped. Also; The recordings it did manage to achieve were not bad quality, although the 4k isn't really any better than 1080 (60fps).If you get one that works I imagine this would be great, for the money - it's a nice looking little camera and comes with loads of clips and fixings, waterproof case, remote control etc.

Decent picture quality, poor film duration
The quality of the picture is pretty good, especially for the price. However I didn't know this, as little/none of the reviews mention it, but the video only records for 9/10 minutes max at a time before it automatically shuts off (despite having a memory card that could hold 3 hours of footage at least). I was told this was because the battery gets too hot and it turns off. I was looking for a head cam that records for a couple of hours at a time so this is not what I was looking for but if you only need it for short bursts it would work. Slightly disappointed this wasn't mentioned anywhere.
