I had an issue and they resolved it no problem and I'm completely satisfied

Pile of parts, not even close to a replacement, a million wire connections, not even gonna attempt an install on this atrocity, no website, a tiny lil booklet that shows next to nothing, says if it dont fit, wrap tape around it to snug it up, are you kidding me.

Looks great but does not play sound through speakers. Still trying to resolve.

I was able to install this item into my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 with no issues and problems. It IS going to take me time to learn ALL the outstanding features this product has, but I am very excited about something new and working so well. All parts needed to install this item were included, including the frame to insert into the vehicles radio area. So far I have NO bad things to say about this and as I stated, very excited to see ALL it's features. Phone and microphone work perfectly.UPDATE: Although I have had this item installed about a month, I have NOT been able to have all features work, maps, clock not keeping proper time, Android auto, connecting, even though my phone IS attempting to find it on stereo replacement. There are VERY limited instructions that come with the stereo and almost NOTHING for syncing your phone to stereo. I was UNABLE to locate ANYTHING, except installation on You Tube or Google for syncing.

Description states that it is plug and play. Since when does cutting, splicing and soldering wires constitute "plug and play"? Absolutely no installation instructions. Says to contact seller if you have issues but don't tell you how to contact them. Why would anyone sell something this complicated without instructions?

Fit well but can not get the GPS to connect even mounted to the windshield

This product does not just plug in to the harness for the 2011 Ram 2500, partially it does. It will plug right into the power and speaker harness that include remote control from steering wheel but what it doesn't plug in to is the existing back up camera and entertainment system for the back seat. Part of the vehicle's harness will have to be cut and spliced into this system in order to have it all work and I am not even sure the system will even work with the back seat entertainment system. I got about half way through the install and decided to abort. If you do not have the entertainment system and you don't mind running the new wire for the provided rear camera this may be a good option for you.
