Been using this for a few months and it certainly does make squats etc v comfortable compared to a solid cold bar, but it isn’t as helpful at higher weights

Does exactly what I need it to do to make glute bridges and bar bell squats pain free. I dont bother using the straps and it stays put. Much cheaper than some but I'm sure it does exactly the same job.

Perfect for presses but not recommended for any thigh roll exercises as the velcro tends to pluck .Remove before using for this.

The cover is very comfy and eases discomfort when let squatting with higher weights but unfortunately one of the straps that hold it on broke after the first use and it is no longer fit for purpose as it made it very unstable and unsafe.

Love this pad. Improves stability and balance as well as being very comfortable on squats and hip thrust.

This barbell pad is very well-made it's a lot better than I thought it was going to be. It really helps cushion during your workout. The pad is very soft but firm it also comes with two Velcro straps to help keep the pad from falling off the bar. It came on Royal postal to the United States in about less than a week. I was very surprised how fast it came.
