Though I am not a nasal rinse fan, this product has been the one that I use, I tried others but always return to using this one as it works best for me

It's a little gross to use
It can be more effective than a Neti pot simply because you apply pressure to make it work rather than allowing gravity to do the job.I love mine and use it whenever I feel blocked

A Heck of a Deal for a 2-Pack
This is the exact brand and type of bottle my ear, nose and throat doctor told me to use. I bought these 2 packs for the same price as a 1 pack at the W-mart store. I use a prescription budesonide solution that's added to the distilled water and saline packet to irrigate my sinuses each morning and it flushes everything out. I also stay open and can breathe freely through my nose for 20 out of 24 hours a day.
