Good for the price, but some disappointment.
This is pretty good for the price. It's fully functional Android. There were a list of things I didn't like about it though. The screen is difficult to view when I'm in Google mail, it seems I have to tilt it at an angle, I'm getting used to it though. I don't think it charges through the USB port but I have not tried it, that makes it so you have to carry this charger, and if you lose it you can't borrow someone's Android charger? It says the memory is expandable, but I have yet to see any option to move apps to the memory card, and it didn't read a card that I think was formatted on my Windows machine. I'm not sure if that's the table's fault, I'm just saying. So it's barely useful. I wanted something that I could keep in my backpack that would read my videos from a Micro SD card, and I could view them, and it works for that basically, so mission accomplished. It's pretty slow, I could only run basically one app at a time, or it would lock up. The touch sensitivity of the screen leaves something to be desired. We are talking about a very cheap tablet, so you get what you paid for, I was just disappointed with the charging options, and the screen is really difficult to view, I guess I was expecting more, but that might not be a realistic expectation. So would I recommend it? I can't say I would, but this might be the best option for the price, and it does work, so this could be something that would work as a gift, or your first tablet.

Astro Queo Waste Of $39.00
I bought this tablet mainly to listen to Live365, use for Email, play games from Games.com and play mp3 music files. Well, the Live365 app is not compatable with this device. The Email is next to impossible to use. When you try to compose an email the keyboard will type numbers from the top row when is is shifted to do letters. The games need flash player to work and flash player is not compatable with this device. Well, I put some mp3 music files on a micro sd card and thought well at least I could use it as an mp3 player. Wrong, it will play for a few minutes and stop. Also the touch screen is unresponsive quite often. Sometimes you have to touch the icons several times to get them to work. Therefore I cannot find any use for it at all. Maybe I could glue a handle on it and use it as a paperweight. I didn't expect a whole lot for $39.00 + change but I did expect a little something and got nothing.

Great little tablet, a couple of issues though...
It's a great little tablet, especially for the low price...Pros: It is very clear, bright, and able to be tweaked to suit the individual... Easy to use... Wifi connections are excellent... It surfs the web at a reasonable speed... Just about any program or game can be downloaded on to it... (obviously, it's a small tablet that doesn't have a large hard drive, so it is limited to what any other Android type mini tablet can handle)...Cons: the battery life is abysmal... A couple of hours being turned on but off the charger, not even actively using it, with a black screen and nothing actually running, kills it dead... (it does charge up quickly though but apparently does not have a car charger available, but I could be mistaken about that, so if it is important to you, check on that)... I haven't tested it in airplane mode when not plugged in, so perhaps it's just trying to find a wifi signal? IDK, but battery life is not very long... Also, for some reason, my favorite game on it - FreeCell - keeps on suddenly blacking out on me in the middle of a game after its been on for several days... Seems that it wants to be shut off and restarted after playing some 50+ games on it... Might be a memory issue? IDK, but rebooting does seem to fix the issue so I suspect it is a memory overload that is causing it... It does not have a regular USB port, but does have a mini one. Not sure what it's for, but it's there... It does not have a separate speaker plug to increase & spread out the sound if desired (it does have a volume control), but it's loud enough for the user to hear it if sound is desired... but it does have a headset plug available for privacy sound if you have some that fit it... It doesn't take a separate keyboard, but the on screen keyboard is large enough and efficient, working kinda like a giant smart phone does... The camera is so pathetic, just don't bother... You'll get angry... 1 megapixel? Really? Why bother? LOLAll in all, I pretty much use mine just to play games on, but it IS capable of surfing the web, checking and doing email, facebook, games, etc... the screen is large enough to be comfortable doing all of that... It's reasonably quick... Very nice, crystal clear, sharp visuals... Sound is adequate, not great, but it works...

Poor customer service and follow through, mediocre tablet at the very best..
My original review on this product was positive however, after using it I found that the Square credit card reader would not work in the headphone jack, therefore, I wasn't able to use it for my business. I thought an inexpensive tablet would be perfect for credit card transactions at my shop, and I wouldn't be too upset if the tablet got dropped or something happened to it along those lines. So I contacted Astro Queo in San Diego and asked them about the issue with the Square reader. They told me they hadn't tested this tablet with that device but that they would look into it and get back with me. Well, all these months later, I still haven't received a response back from them. I decided to buy a Samsung Tab which works great. I gave the Astro to one of my employees for his 5 year old to play with. As I have always said to my employees, a product is only as good as the support and company behind it. This company obviously failed the grade with no follow through. I wouldn't recommend this product or anything this company produces to anyone.
