I've been using these knee sleeves for CrossFit, especially the Open this fall. Terrific fit and support, especially for the price. Other "big" name brands charge a lot more. For my needs, these are getting the job done well. Beyond that, the post-sale follow-up has been great -- registering the product for lifetime replacement was quick and easy, and the team also checked in to make sure there were no fit or sizing issues. I still purchase items from some of the "big" names from time to time, but it's good to support small businesses when you can get deals and service that are at least as good if not better.

For a person who loves to lift weights, but somewhat hampered from years of rugby, these are truly transformational knee braces. The best support I've ever had and I've used several over the years. It was leg day and I was doing more reps with heavier weight than I have in the last several year. Amazing stability. Admittedly I used the sizing chart provided and they showed up a bit too small. But there was a little flyer that said size issues call or email and we'll replace hassle free. I sent an email on Saturday got a reply same day. New perfect fit braces with 3 business days. I judge a company not by what went wrong, but how they make things right! This is a solid company. Please note the 2nd pair I got was a little snug, but I wore them to the gym and they quickly broke in. I'm buying another couple pairs to have as spares for if/when I wear these out.

As my old knees continue to support me when I'm doing my fitness/resistance training, I thought I would try to support them as well. It was suggested to use knee wraps and these caught my attention for construction and price. Unfortunately in using their sizing guide, the sleeves I received were too big. I reached out to the customer service team and within a few hours I received a response. They sent out new (smaller) sleeves which I received a few days later. They told me to keep or share the original (XL) sleeves. The size large fits much better and gives a really great sense of comfort and stability. I've been using them for about 3 weeks now and am very pleased. I will share if there are any issues in the future.

I'm going to preface this review by saying that I'm a competitive strongman and powerlifter, so what I expect from a pair of sleeves is a bit more than your average gym goer.That being said, these sleeves are amazing. They are 7mm thick as advertised, and the quality of the material thus far is amazing, comparable to my SBDs. The non slip grip on the inside is a game changer. On my volume lower days, I get hella sweaty and these held in place with no problem.I ordered them in a XXL, based on the sizing chart, and they were too big. They fit, but didn't offer the level of compression I would have liked. I emailed customer service, and they had a new pair shipped out immediately and they arrived within a couple days.All in all, these sleeves are great and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good pair of sleeves for the gym. I don't think they're approved for any powerlifting feds so they're not meet legal, but great training sleeves.My only criticism, the sleeves aren't as long as the pictures make them seem, compared to my SBDs, they're a couple inches shorter. Also, if you want real compression, you might be smart to order as much as 2 sizes down from what you measure. Even my replacement XLs could be tighter, and considering that they'll probably stretch over time, I may find myself ordering some Larges at some point.

I’ve used these twice and can clearly see the difference in my squatting capacity. I have been recovering from a herniated disc and it’s been a slow but rewarding journey.Over the last few months I’ve been able to increase from a basic 100lb lift to 245lbs. Routine is a drop set of 100 @ 20 reps, 150 @ 15 reps, 200 @ 10 reps and 245 @ 5 reps and then taper them back.The sleeves have miraculous! My lifts are not only easier but I don’t feel knee fatigue in the days after. I honestly think that wearing these reduces stress on the joints and provides enough compression to squat without feeling any discomfort.Highly recommend this product! Plus the customer service folks are super nice, genuine and want to help with your queries. Thank you for an all around great experience and solid product!!

When I originally ordered the knee sleeves thru Amazon, I ordered the wrong size. I was pleasantly surprised to see a card in the packaging that said to call the company before returning them thru Amazon. I called their customer service number and left very basic info (correct size needed, order number and shipping address) and very shortly thereafter received word that the correct size knee sleeves were being sent at no cost to me. Furthermore, they advised me to not send back the wrong-sized ones but to keep them or give them to a friend. Two days later the correct sized knee sleeves arrived. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

I used the measurements provided to select a size, and they were still too small. The material is way too thick for the type of lifting I'm doing, and actually restricted some of my mobility. I feel like these could work for someone who is already lifting very heavy, or has legs that are the same size all the way up.
