Does this bag fit the makah burl model(topcaj1mb)? the bag width of 23" seems too small according to the dimensions of the drum.

Fits my slap top cajon, that is what they are made for. No other reason to buy this bag. It’s a tight fit. It’s a good padding bag too. I have a Meinl padded bag for my doumbeck as well.

Does anyone know if this fits the newer Turbo model slap top?

yes it does. I was pleasantly surprised with the padding inside as well.Small pouch in front and possible small storage under both sides of the top once in the bag.
