These pans are awesome. Strong, sturdy and just perfect for homemade pizza or focaccia.

Looked promising initially as they are quite heavy, but after the first use I was disappointed. The main issue I found is that the pans warp very easily and do not lay flat in the oven. Also, the pans came with some minor scratches, but after using, I noticed additional scratches, so they coating is not very durable. On the plus side, the pizza did come out nicely with a golden bottom crust, but the other issues made me look elsewhere for a good durable pan that I felt safe cooking with.

I run a food company and frequently use various sizes of sheet pans, from full to half to quarter. While the pans I've used are generally good, they tend to be thin and pricey for quality ones. Fortunately, I discovered this set of sheet pans, and I must say, they are the best I've used so far. They're thick and non-stick, though I often use baking mats as well. They seem durable enough to last a long time. I definitely recommend these pans!

Pan warps in the oven. It’s heavy and looks the part but didn’t perform as expected.It also scratches incredibly easy.

These are wonderful!! Good weight not cheap and flimsy. Also food slides right off! I'm looking for different pans of Grandma's also!❤️
