Q: Does the game recieve updates?

The game updated to version 1.7.9b when I first inserted it into my console. I'm not certain if this is the version found on PC but it seems up to date.

Q: Does this include the repentance dlc? if so, how does it include it? i wanna know if i should buy this or just the base game and dlc on the eshop.

It includes the Repentance DLC which is on the cartridge. There are no additional downloads to worry about.

Q: Does it come with the booklet that's grey?

If what you're referring too is the little black and white comic book that's all written in Japanese? Then yes it does.

Q: Does this game function properly on a Switch in the US?

Switch is region free so, yes, you can play this on a Switch in the US with no problems.
