Blocks view but is not secured
The privacy protector fit the dimension of the laptop and does provide screen security. There were four tabs to hold it to the screen (shown in picture). It did not fit flush to the screen which left a small gap.

Stealth mode
Works great on the airplane. Wife asked why I was looking at a black screen

Doesn’t work for privacy
It fits and was easy to install. However this does not work as a privacy screen unless you are far away and off to the side.

Great privacy screen, also helps cut glare
I ordered this privacy screen mainly to cut the glare, and reduce the blue light on my Dell Inspiron 15 laptop. It does decrease the glare, but doesn't take it away completely. The blue light filter works well. My eyes don't feel as dry or tired since I applied it to my screen.It comes with two different options to hold the screen protector in place. There are small strips of double side stick tape that you can put on each corner, or what they call clips that go on the edges and hold it in place. I used the double stick tape, and it keeps it in place, without obscuring the screen, and it fit perfectly.
