I've always been one to think that ''if'' you go with some type of pill/vitamin regiment that the cure is not in the pill alone, but you can also attribute certain changes in your body due to genes and your daily habits of living and eating. With that being said, I can see the dramatic differences in the volume of and thickness of my hair since I have been taking these pills AND changing up my dietary habits.

I started taking this cause of thinning hair (gonna be 40 next year). When I’m consistent and take it I definitely notice my hair is thicker and regrows better where it’s thinning. I’m on my 3rd bottle. I use it in combination with the Big 5 shampoo.

seem as efficient and ingredients as other so called "guaranteed" hair vitamins, that haven't worked for me. These work very well and for the price I recommend these vitamins. I have no idea if they help grow hair. They help with the skin and nails. It may be with the hair but I take minoxidil and propecia.

I bought it for the first time in Incheon Duty Free Shop two years ago on a business trip.I usually have a lot of hair loss, so I buy it while I am worried. You should take it continuously for at least 3 months.
