I’ve been using Harry’s body wash and skincare for a while, so I was excited to try this! The gua sha is beautifully weighted and feels super premium. I tried it at room temp and cold from the fridge - room temp feels immediately hydrating, while chilled is refreshing and de-puffing. Whatever your skin needs in the moment, this tackles it! Just a heads up: it gets really cold if you leave it in the fridge overnight, so let it sit out a bit if you’re sensitive. Overall, really love this!

I rarely write reviews, but I love this product so much. I have a 1.5-year-old, so I'm constantly tired. This cooling eye kit makes me look like I've slept for 12 hours and am entirely rested. It reduces my eye puffiness and has a fantastic cooling effect that helps wake me up as well. I can't praise this stuff enough. The compact design is clutch, too, when traveling.Pro tip: Pop this in your refrigerator or, even better, your freezer for an even better effect.

This didn’t do much for me or my puffy eye bags, it helps a little to soothe allergy puffiness but not a miracle worker.

I was skeptical after first using this because while I saw some results after my first use I wasn’t entirely depuffed but after using this consistently for a month my face and under-eyes are so much less swollen and puffy. Not only did I notice a difference but friends and family have also commented that I was looking better. The stick has a nice tingling-cooling feeling and the tool is like ice on my face. I think the bad reviews are from people who aren’t following the instructions and using this regularly.

Does not work at all.. Stay away , it a joke

Seems to work okay. I first tried putting the metal thing in the freezer which was a poor choice. When it was that cold it was painful to apply to the skin. Just using it at room temperature seems fine and combined with the gel it seems to reduce the appearance of eye bags.
