How is this different from regular coconut oil?

These two forms of MCT are particularly valuable because they take far fewer steps to convert to caloric energy than the other saturated fat forms found in coconut oil. Coconut oil is great, but if you really want to benefit from the fast acting fuel of MCT’s, choosing Onnit MCT oil is the way to go." So basically this stuff is entirely made up of the really beneficial 15% of coconut oil.

Are you allowed to cook with this like regular coconut oil?

MCT oil would be better used on a salad or coffee. It doesn't have a good tolerance to heat. Also if you haven't used MCT oil, start off slow otherwise if you use too much you will be in the restroom a lot.

How many carbs are in a serving?
