Be sure to brush before and after use
My whole family snores loudly we believe it's hereditary ( ha ha) but with the guard I no longer disturb others. A low respectful breathing sound is what I have.

For an inexpensive mouth guard, this works great. Problems from Bruxism greatly reduced & I no longer snore!

Designed to stop snoring.
This is not designed as a night guard to guard your teeth from grinding. It is an anti snoring guard. While I believe someone may choose to try and use this, it is not as comfortable as a sleep guard.There are a few reasons why I can't use this as a grinder. I highly suggest heavy grinders to look for another product.

Device Doesn't Fit To Your Teeth
This device is better suited for football but just didn't fit my mouth very comfortably. And I have been told I have a big mouth!

It is ok
It did mold to my mouth I tried several times but it didn’t work. I even tried hotter water to no success. I still use it even though it is a little uncomfortable
