Q: what is the suitable female connector for these fans?

The fans come with a 2pin female dupont connector attached. Will fit onto a standard 2 pin header connection on most motherboards etc. You could choose to fit anything you like though depending on what your use case is. I changed it to a 2 pin molex connector.

Q: Are they going to work powered by a power bank? And does anyone know the highest temperature they are ok to work with?

This particular fan requires 24v. Generally USB power banks output 5V. It may work but the speed will be very low if it moves at all. While I can't give a scietific answer in regards the operating temps, I can say that the fan can shift a good amount of air when operating at 24v. I use it to blow air accross a 3d printers nozzle which beats up to over 250degC

No spec sheet available that I'm aware of, but a multimeter said 0.14-0.15A. Definitely not the 16 amps the moron, I mean mister T. Clueless "guessed". You can't guess current looking at voltage.
