One of the three outlets stop working after a week. Replaced it with the third which is working at this time

Works great
I use this fitting on my sump pump plumbing. It makes it easy to for me to pull out the pump in case of a problem. It seals well when tightened lightly by hand. I haven't over-tightened it, so I have no idea how it performs if abused. I have no complaints.
