My first one got wet, great price and great features. It even takes my blood pressure.

Awesome watch for a mid level price. Work well for what i need . Yes the band is a problem with it falling off but if tou get a set of [5-PACK]TUSITA Silicon Fasteners on amazon and problem is solved . Work better then my high dollar fit bit for half the price

Hated the rubber wristband worked good

The black silicone band broke 6 months after purchase. It probably broke because the button easily comes undone. I have had to constantly re-attach the band to my wrist which has caused extra wear & tear. I called the customer service number that came with the watch & the guy was no help. He just kept repeating the mantra, "the band is not covered under the manufacturer warranty" After asking to speak to his superior he gave me this number: 1-800-637-1090 Ext. 771. This person first said I needed to provide proof of purchase but after more discussion he offered to waive the proof of purchase & offered to send me a replacement band in the mail free of charge. I was happy about that because I really didn't want to have to dig through 6 mths of receipts. So, there is a replacement band, it just can't be bought through a retail provider. Anyway, I am happy with the actual watch just not the band. I will order the Tusita 5 pack silicone fastener rings mentioned in the other reviews so that this band will last & will solve the other problem. I am giving it a 4 star because of price & because of the end result with customer service. If I were to do it all over again I would just buy the Tusita product to avoid the foreseen problems with the band.

I like all of the features except the blood pressure will not automatically track like heart rate does and that is why I bought this particular product for the bp monitor

I received this as a gift. The band broke in just a couple of months. According to customer support, It can’t be replaced. So if the band breaks it’s just an expensive throw away item.

The Vivitar 5 in 1 Fitness Watch overall is very good, very accurate. Has BP, BPM, Steps, Miles.... Most important the Application easily synced with Imperial measurement, Miles not Metric. However, the button really stinks and unfastened as easy as sleeping and walking. One time it fell off my wrist and somebody told me I just dropped my Watch. Called Customer Service and emailed them. They have no fixes for the unrealiable button facing system. I found a solution for this problem... you need to purchase the Tusita 5 pack Silicone Fastener Ring to the band to hold the button in place. See photo posted. Shame they have no replacement bands, however if the band breaks Vivitar said they will replace the watch so I also got the extended warrant for $4.00.

Battery would only last maybe 4 hour's.And that's with most functions disabledJunk!!!!!!!##
