Let me start by saying that my 3 year old doesn't tend to like tea of any sort. From your basic sweet tea to nettle or echinacea, he's not having it and will take approximately 2 hours to drink 1/4 cup. So getting him to take the first swig of this was a hassle, but then he was hooked!He loves it warm or cold, so I just keep excess in the fridge for the next day.He stopped taking naps around age 2 so I got this in an attempt to keep him still and calm for "quiet time" and it works! He just sips his tea and reads books. Such a hit!

I bought this for my 3.5 year old. He is very active and fights bedtime every night. We incorporated this into our nighttime routine and I have noticed that he usually falls asleep faster and wakes up happier. I usually make it warm with agave and he actually likes it (I love the taste of it). HIGHLY recommend!!!

My hyperactive toddler loves this tea very much, it doesn't seem to do much for her activity level or as a relaxing tea as far as the mixture of herbs goes, but she loves it.
